We allow a 12-hour window to cancel or change your order. If your order is already in progress, we cannot change or cancel it because all of our products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer. Once your order is in production, it is processed along with thousands of other items, making it impossible to remove individual items from the production line, which then proceeds directly to shipping.

Yes, we can change the shipping address if you contact us within 12 hours, as long as your order has not shipped yet. Please send us an email through the form on our contact page.
If you receive an item that is damaged, has a manufacturing error, or if you have received the wrong order, we are happy to replace the item or offer a refund.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and the photo of the damaged or defective item.

Our policy includes 30 days to return your order since the date you placed the order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on your purchased products.

Customized items: Our products are made-to-order, tailored specifically to your preferences. Due to the custom nature of our items, we regretfully cannot accept returns for custom or personalized products – unless they are defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
All Supreme Vibes products are made to order! Please allow some time to receive an email with a tracking number. If it’s been more than 10 days, please note that production times can be delayed during high volume sales times. Rest assured, your order is still in production, and you will receive the tracking email shortly.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

Please allow some time for the tracking number to be generated. Note that production times may be delayed during high-volume sales periods. Rest assured, your order is still in production, and you will receive the tracking email shortly.
We send you a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, but it may take a day or two for the carrier to scan your order into their system and for updates to appear on their website. Please allow a few days for this process.
If your order’s tracking shows progress initially but then stops, remember that postal services can be overwhelmed due to unforeseen circumstances or the holiday season. Please allow a few days for the tracking to update again; it will likely show considerable movement after that.
Occasionally, the carrier may delay updating the tracking information.
We are not responsible for theft or other occurrences after delivery. Please check with others in your home or neighbors who may have received the package, and thoroughly search all possible locations around your home where the postal carrier could have left the package.
If the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered, please send us an email through the form on our contact page, and we will contact the carrier for more information regarding your package.
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Production Time: Because our items are made to order, production times may vary but typically range between 2-5 business days.

If you received a gift card or a store credit, simply use the code in the confirmation email at checkout, and the amount of the card will be subtracted from your total.
Unfortunately, we are unable to apply the discount after the transaction has been processed.
Please keep in mind that our discount codes are only valid for a limited time and must be applied before completing your purchase. New emails go out on a regular basis with different offers.
