Returns Policy
At Supreme Vibes, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy includes 30 days to return your order since the date you placed the order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on your purchased products. Please review the following guidelines regarding our return policy.
Please contact our customer support to request a return within this time period. Do not return before contacting us, otherwise your return may be lost.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unwashed, unused and in the same condition in which you received them. They must also be in their original packaging.
There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned:
Personalized & Custom-Made Items
Our products are made-to-order, tailored specifically to your preferences. Due to the custom nature of our items, we regretfully cannot accept returns for custom or personalized products – unless they are defective.
Other – Non-refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Wrong address
- Digital downloads
- Accidental purchases
We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before completing their purchase to ensure accuracy.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a personalized item that is damaged, has a manufacturing error, or if you have received the wrong order, we are happy to replace the item or offer a refund under the following conditions:
- Notification Period: You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition as when it was delivered.
- Proof of Damage: You must provide a clear photo of the damaged or defective item along with a description of the issue.
- Submission Method: Send the photo and a brief description to our customer service team.

- Send an email using our contact form with the subject line “Return Request: Order #[Your Order Number]”.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and the photo of the damaged or defective item. Account information including your username.
2. Review Process
- Our team will review your submission and respond within 3 business days
3. Approval
- If your return is approved, we will process a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
